Puneet Puri - Managing Incharge
Qualified as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India (ICAI). He has significant experience in matters of
MNCs, IT Companies & 100% EOU Units. His core area is determining entry
and exit routes of MNCs in India, carrying business negotiations on
behalf of clients, Representation before authorities (Tax, RBI, SIA
etc.) for issues related to STPI, EHTP, 100% EOU and Non Residents. He
has successfully represented clients in front of various tax authorities
(including ITAT) in examinations and appeals. Additionally, he
coordinates registrations under Tax Laws and SEBI, Advice on Transfer
Pricing Laws, FII entries into India, Expatriate taxation etc . Some of
the other primary issues Puneet addresses for clients affairs are EXIM
Policy Issues, Foreign Exchange Management Matters, International Tax
Treaties Matters, With holding tax, Parent/Subsidiary company issues,
Entity Structuring, ESOPs etc.
Samir Kohli: Qualified as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has significant experience(
domestic & international) in matters of Project Financing from leading
national and international lending agencies, planning internal control
and restructuring finance model for various government and private
clients. Advice on Trade Marks, Copy rights, Sales Tax & VAT issues.
Some of the other primary issues Samir addresses for clients affairs are
entity setup in industrial back ward states, presentations on various
state government’s incentives to industry, Negotiation with Financial
Institutions on behalf of clients.
About - Director Audits
Parveen Ahuja: Qualified as Chartered Accountant from the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has significant experience in
IT & Software Companies. He has vast experience in conducting
Management/Internal Audits, Reviewing Internal Controls as well as
designing Internal Control Systems. He has also gained significant
experience in due-diligence studies, handling company law matters,
project feasibility studies and Accounting Matters as per Indian as well
as International Accounting Guidelines. Some of the other primary issues
Parveen addresses for clients are Sales Tax, Certifications, affairs of
Not for Profit Organizations, designing of Investment Portfolios etc.
About Director – Retailing & HR
Nidhi Kochar: Nidhi has done masters in commerce besides doing
certification courses in computers. She has extensive knowledge and
experience of the retailing industry at Global Level as well as in
India. She brings with her more than 6 years of experience both in India
and at international level in managing categories as profit centers,
including inventory and working capital management, vendor development,
managing Human Resource and building efficiencies in the supply chain.
As part of PPC her consulting experience involves creating and
implementing intervention strategies for retailing industry to improve
operational efficiencies, understanding business requirements and
developing operating procedures across various functional departments,
and creating entry strategies for new retailers.
